Karmy
tony-karmy.vercel.appA training page that says what the training actually is. Four gym sessions and three running days a week, written down as a routine rather than a highlight reel, so someone landing on it knows within a screen what this athlete does and how consistently.

01The opening
Three words, then the week
The hero carries the whole proposition: a line of condensed capitals across a photograph taken on the track, the weekly volume stated plainly underneath, and a single orange button into the routine. The specifics sit in a row of their own — 4x gym, 3x running, multi-sport — so the claim is a schedule rather than an adjective.
02About the athlete
Driven by process, built on schedule
The second screen is the argument for the first. A portrait on the track beside two short paragraphs on consistency and progression, a pulled quote in the athlete's own words, and four facts set as a grid under a hairline — years of experience, group pacing, programming, active recovery. No metrics anyone would have to take on trust.

03The look
Condensed capitals on warm grey
Wide condensed type at display size, a warm near-black rather than a true black, bone-white text and a single orange used only for what you are meant to act on — the label above the headline, the facts under it, the button. The photography is warm and shot outdoors, so the interface stays out of its way: hairlines, tracked small capitals, and nothing boxed.
